Go hard or go home half marathon7/23/2023 ![]() I need to improve my time and endurance again to running. The event is June 01, 2014, I've got almost 2 months (i think) to train and prepare. I've returned into running workout second week of march but I was able only to run for 5km-6km which times about 30-40 mins per run. And also I've gained a lot of weight due to my inactivity of 8 months my weight increased from 59.9kgs to 68kgs. Also, this is not the first time I'll be joining the 21km category since this would be my third time.īut the problem is I haven't run regularly for 8 months (june 2013-feb 2014) due to my very busy work at my former company. ![]() ![]() ![]() And I need some guidance on training and preparation for the said event.
